Who publishes VectorOS, and who practices law
Vector Systems, PBC publishes and builds the VectorOS software platform. Vector Legal, P.C. is the licensed California law firm that provides legal services where engaged. Legal-service deliverables from the firm are reviewed by licensed attorneys. VectorOS is software: it is not a law firm, and its drafts and findings are not legal advice on their own.
What VectorOS includes
Vector Intelligence answers from the matters, documents and company records the person asking is permitted to see, and names the source records it read. The Smart Data Room keeps Records, Context and Drafts distinct, and can read granted Google Drive, OneDrive, Box and Dropbox folders where they already live. Legal Health Checks run on demand across corporate, equity and commercial records. AI Redlining reviews third-party paper against a company's own playbook and exports track changes to Word. Lawyer in the Loop puts senior counsel on the matters that need judgment.
